Do I have to be 55 years or older?

Anyone of any age can own a home at The Reserve at Arden Place.  Only one occupant of the home must be aged 55 years or greater.  That person does not need to be the owner or in title to the unit.  All other occupants may be younger. There are special rules for children.

Are Pets Allowed?

Dogs are welcome at The Reserve at Arden Place Hilldale, with no weight or breed restictions.  There are walking trails thought our wooded area to take them on a nice walk (or they take you).  There is a security deposit required to make sure the landscaping is not damaged. There is a maximum of two (2) dogs per home. 

What is
included in the Condominium Charges

  • The monthly common charges include:  

  • Complete lawn, shrub, tree care and irrigation.

  • Snow and Ice Removal your driveway, walkway, steps, and stoop.

  • Roof and gutter cleaning,  maintenance , repair and replacement.

  • Fire Insurance covering the home and improvements originally installed by the builder..

  • Professional Managment of the Condominium Association.

Are children allowed to live at the Reserve?

Chidlren aged 18 years or older may live in a home as long as another occupant is aged 55 or greater.
